How to use Canva frames

How to use Canva frames in Canva:

If you're looking to add a bit of extra flair to your Canva designs, then you'll want to check out the frames feature in side Canva. Adding a frame or a Custom-Made Canva frame to your design will allow you to add or crop images and videos into a unique shape. We will give a you a quick guide to how to use frames in canva here.

Here's a quick guide on how to use frames in Canva.

To add a frame to your design, first select the element that you want to frame. Then click on the "Frames" tool, which is located in the toolbar on the left-hand side of the Canva interface.

Once you've clicked on the "Frames" tool, you'll see a variety of different frame options to choose from. Simply click on the frame that you want to add to your design.

Once you've added a frame to your design, it's time to start customizing it. You can change the color of the frame by clicking on the "color" icon in the toolbar at the top of the screen. This will open up a color palette for you to choose from.

You can also click on the "upload" icon in the toolbar to upload your own image or logo to use as the frame. Simply dray and drop the element over the frame for a fun and unique design.

You also have the option of using Canva's free elements or the pro elements if you have a subscription with them. Click on photos and this will bring up a library of photos that you can choose from. Simply click on the photo you want to use and drag and drop into the frame.

You can continue to add and adjust frames until you're happy with your design. Once you're happy with how the design looks, click on the "download" icon in the toolbar to download it. You can also click on the "share" icon to share the frame on social media or email it to someone.

How to save your completed work

There are a few ways to download your work. The first way is to click on the “Download” button in the upper right-hand corner. This will give you the option to download your frame as a PNG, JPG, or PDF. The second way to download your frame is to go to the “File” menu and click on “Download,” which will also give you the option to download your frame as a PNG, JPG, or PDF. The PNG format is great for images that you want to have a transparent background. The JPG format is ideal for images that you want to have a white background. The PDF format is best for printing your Canva frame.

What are custom-made Canva frames?

Custom-made canva frames are frames that graphic designers have specifically made and are not found inside Canva. They are however are 100% compatiable for use in canva. Check out some of our custom-made frames here.
